Delivery
Comfy Gift Boxes offer a UK mainland delivery and a European delivery service for all online gift orders.
Two UK mainland delivery options are available, Standard Delivery which arrives in 2-3 working days after despatch and Next Day / Chosen Day Delivery where gift boxes ordered before 12pm can be delivered the next working day or you can choose your exact delivery date so your present arrives on the relevant day.
We also deliver gifts to Europe and European Delivery arrives in 4-7 working days after despatch dependent on that country's postage network. See below for a list of countries we deliver to.
Standard Delivery is £4.95
Next Day / Chosen Day Delivery is £7.95
European Delivery is £9.95
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day and Parcel Force for our Next Day Delivery service who guarantee delivery before 1.00pm the next working day (Monday to Friday) to 99% of the UK. Please see below for exceptions.

Comfy Gift Boxes will be delivered within two working days by 5.30pm to the following islands: GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands
Comfy Gift Boxes will be delivered within three working days by 5.30pm to the following islands: KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna
Standard Delivery
Orders received before 12pm on Monday to Friday and sent by Standard Delivery are usually despatched the same day, Standard Delivery orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. While we always make every effort to despatch gifts promptly, during busy periods timescales may be extended.
Next Day / Chosen Day UK Delivery
Orders received before 12pm on Monday to Friday and sent by Next Day Delivery will be despatch the same day or the day appropriate to your chosen delivery date.
We do not despatch or deliver gift boxes during weekends, Public Holidays or Bank Holidays. If your chosen delivery date falls on a Public Holiday or Bank Holiday, your gift box will be delivered the next working day.
Orders received before 12pm on Monday to Friday and sent by European Delivery will usually be despatched the same day, European Delivery orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. While we always make every effort to despatch gifts promptly, during busy periods timescales may be extended.
Our European Delivery is to the following countries: Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Irish Republic, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
All delivery costs are per gift. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your gift boxes are delivered on the requested delivery date. Comfy Gift Boxes shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delivery delays or failure to send an item that is beyond our reasonable control. This applies to, but is not limited to, holidays, regulation compliance, changes in law, omission of correct details by the customer, adverse weather conditions, transportation delays and labour disputes.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to provide the recipient's full and correct delivery address. Comfy Gift Boxes are not responsible for delivery delays where incomplete or incorrect address details have been provided.
In the event of non-delivery, the customer should advise Comfy Gift Boxes by email, sales@comfygiftboxes.co.uk, within 7 days.
Delivery to multiple addresses
The delivery address is prompted for when payment details are entered, therefore if you are sending Comfy Gift Boxes to more than one recipient please order each gift box separately. If you wish to order several Comfy Gift Boxes to be sent to more than one recipient, please email sales@comfygiftboxes.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
